SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When placing your order, you can select the courier that is available to deliver the parcel at your destination. Courier prices may vary depending on order total weight, destination and delivery time. Final price will automatically update when you select the courier and your destination. Some orders may be qualified to free shipping (*up to 2kg), depending on order total value, total weight and shipping destination. Orders through free shipping that are not delivered or picked up by customers (ex. missing or incomplete delivery address, missing pick up time) could be subject to an additional shipping fee.
Delivery time depends on the courier and in some special seasons it can take a few more days to deliver the order at your destination. 
Our orders are shipped from Portugal (EU Zone). Shipping destination country may be selected when creating an account or placing an order. Depending on each country Legislation, shipments may be subject to customs fees. The customs fees will always be payed by the Customer. The estimated delivery time does not account for any delays caused by the national or international authorities during the processing or controlling of any order.

RETURNS
To return a product you must contact our Customer Service within 14 days since your order has been delivered and we will send you information about the returning process.
To return or exchange any article you must comply with the following conditions:
- Articles should be in good condition, with original packaging and with the respective invoice;
- Products with a safety seal should keep it intact;
- No refunds or exchanges of health products are accepted;
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted to products that we can't ensure they were not tested or used.

Belenik will not be able to accept any product for return or refund if the original packaging is damaged or has use marks.
After getting in touch with our Customer Service you should wait for instructions to send the return. Once your return arrives at our facilities, all products will be checked and will only be accepted if they fulfill the above mentioned conditions.
The amount paid for the products will be returned through the same payment method or another one that by decision of our services and acceptance by the Customer allows a faster refund. Refunds are always subject to the amount paid directly to BELENIK by the Customer for its products. Shipping fees, Government taxes or duties are not refundable. The refund will only be operated after checking up the fulfilment of the mentioned conditions.
In case of non-compliance with the return conditions, Belenik reserves the right to not accept the return, sending the products back to Customer's address.

CANCEL AN ORDER
To cancel any Order, you must contact our Customer Service. Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been sent for shipping. In the event of cancellation in such circumstances, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid within 5 to 10 business days.
Belenik reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any Order due to programming errors, defects on website functionalities or errors that could lead to any modification on the Order processing or Order value.

INVENTORY
Every profile mentions the inventory for each item. You can select any quantity for each product until it gets unavailable, unless it has any special control*. In case there is an inventory mistake, we will do everything we can to ship your order on time. If we can't fill any order, then we contact you to proceed to a refund. 
*Any product could be subject to a control due to legislation, safety or industry agreements.
If, for any reason, we cancel your order, we will e-mail you as soon as we can.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Every order is checked in our facilities for several times to guarantee the quality of every product and to ensure the packaging is done properly. However, during the shipping, sometimes the products can be damaged. If you think your product is damaged, just email us and we will help you. 
For damaged items, you can choose between an exchange or a refund.

REFUNDS
Every refund can take up to 10 business days. We will email you when we proceed to refund.
